An executive role, not a verdict
Prakash Iyer is identified by Aurora as Inhance’s CEO. His position makes the company’s communication and oversight relevant subjects for questions. It does not establish individual civil or criminal liability, and this article does not attribute an undocumented personal act to him.
What governance should explain
In a contested materials business, useful oversight questions include how testing is commissioned, how results are compared and how public statements are approved. These are proposed lines of inquiry. The reviewed documents do not provide a complete internal account of the company’s governance.
A response can be evaluated
Inhance has published a defense of its technology and described process improvements. The question for a reader is what evidence supports the scope of those assurances. A governance report can examine that relationship while distinguishing public statements, regulator findings and information that has not been obtained.
